My upstairs AC unit wasn't working and it was so hot and uncomfortable I couldn't bear it any longer. I called and made an appropriate for the next day but thankfully Al was able and willing to come fix the AC that same evening that I called. He was over in less than 10 minutes. He let me know what needed to be done and the price before he done it. He goes over and beyond and I truly appreciate him for that. I would highly recommend.

We’ve always used Express, they’re wonderful! Met Al today and he went above and beyond for customer service! Mice chewed up and crossed some wires and Al crawled under the house and fixed all of it! We will definitely continue to be loyal customers!!
